The Subject,The Opening sentence, and the Body

For a Subject line use only one or few words that summarize your centre idea.

Good e-mails start with a greeting and include only one main idea in the opening sentence. Following by an opening line which needs to be to the point of what we’re going to talk about; there is the body of your e-mail. It should be consisted of detailed information and material supporting it. Whereas the bad e-mail would be unorganized using run-on sentences and misguiding. The body paragraph should be simple and easy to read.

Key points are:

-          Never go for long sentences

-         Every sentence should have a meaning and contain useful info

-          Never to include confidential info that could validate someone’s privacy

-          DON’T WRITE IN CAPS ON (it annoys people)
